I am a 51 year old French woman, well educated, well presented and polite, with manners and traditional values. I am sincere, loyal, affectionate, thoughtful, very caring with a big heart and a very good sense of humour too.

I am young at heart and people tell me that I don't look my age. I like to look smart and always dress well to go out or to go to work, but I'm also quite happy wearing my jeans or casual clothes when appropriate.

I have 3 grown-up children. The youngest one still lives with me although she is at university... So I'm not restricted or tied up except for taxi services!

I'm a French/English Lecturer in a FE college. I love my job, although it can be stressful at times, but I've never regretted choosing this career.
I work hard, too hard I should say, but sometimes this is my way to make up for my loneliness... However, I enjoy laughing and meeting people. I have become more confident with age but I'm not the sort of person that goes out alone, so unless men come knocking at my door (which is unlikely!), it's very hard to meet new people in the way that I could get to know them, and them me.

I like most things in life... travelling and discovering new horizons... but it's no fun doing it on your own and sharing the beauty of the world... walking in the mountains or lying on a beach... nice candlelit dinners for two or cooking and entertaining friends... cosy nights in watching a good film or evenings out to the theatre.
I haven't got a particular favorite spot or place... but anywhere hot and romantic will do... There are so many gorgeous places! Each single place has something different to offer to the eye. But I do like skiing! I used to be a ski instructor in my younger age!...

I love cooking! Love watching cookery programmes and experimenting with new recipes and trying out new food, new tastes. I also like playing badminton and swimming... and DIY! Yes, I've had to learn and I can say that I have discovered a new passion!

I'm looking for a partner, someone who will make me feel special, who will love me for whom I am and wants to be loved in return. I miss going places and doing things with that special person. I miss having that special person putting his arms around me, walking hand in hand, snuggling up for a tender moment, sharing the ups and downs of everyday life and whispering sweet things down my ears!
